Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change — here’s what to know if you need to cancel:
Personal Orders (Floral Deliveries):
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund on the arrangement.
Orders canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable, as flowers are purchased and prepared specifically for your order.
Please note: The delivery fee is non-refundable once an order is placed.
All flower arrangements are non-refundable as they are made to order for you!
Event Orders:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event to avoid the remaining balance.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged in full, as floral procurement and design work will already be in progress.
The delivery and setup fee is non-refundable for all events once booking is confirmed.
